1. What is a Personal Concierge/Lifestyle manager?

We simply complete tasks that our clients either don't enjoy, don't have the skill set for, or don't have time to do. Some tasks we complete ourselves, some we source out and manage.

2. Who are your clients?

I specialize in helping busy professionals and busy retired professionals.

3. Do you do housekeeping?

Most of my clients have a regular housekeeper, lawn service, pool service etc. I help source and coordinate these contractors. I help keep things neat between scheduled cleanings.

4. If your clients have a housekeeper, what do you actually do?

All the other time sucking things that make people overwhelmed. Groceries, errands, shopping, gift wrapping/shipping, returns, schedule appointments, meet with contractors, holiday decorating/undecorating, seasonal decor, organizing, taking donations, appliance cleaning, laundry, bedding, house checks, pet care, gardening...

5. Are there things you won't do?

Not many. If it's legal, ethical, and safe just ask.

6. What are your favorite things to do?

I'm creative and pretty handy. I enjoy design, maintenance and repair. I love to do fresh flower arrangements! I like a good before and after project like a closet clean out and organization. I like to figure out how things work, for example, I have a client with a beautiful marble fountain in his garden. He loves coming home after a stressful day and listening to it trickle. It takes a special touch to keep it running smoothly. My client calls me the fountain whisper.

7. What area do you serve?

St. Charles and St. Louis Counties. But I have a secret desire to start a concierge training and matching service across the country! (You know, like the Millionaire Matchmaker but better and way more practical!)

8.. What do you charge and how are you paid?

I meet with each prospective client personally to listen, ask questions and access their needs. We need to be sure we're Perfectly Paired to work together! Most clients are on a regular weekly schedule. My rates start at $60 hour with the best rate and scheduling priority for clients on a weekly reoccurring schedule. I have a 10 hour, la cart package for those needing one time help (great for packing/moving or event planning) I accept personal checks, cash, Zelle with no fees, and major credit cards with 3% transaction fee.
